Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7/18/2026

OmniVoice AI ("OmniVoice", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and services, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over your data.

Information we collect

We collect account information you provide directly (name, email address, and authentication credentials), workspace content you create (brand voice profiles, briefs, and generated content), and usage data automatically collected through cookies and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps). When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects billing details; we never store full payment card numbers.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate the service, generate on-brand content from your briefs, authenticate your account, process payments, communicate service updates and support responses, and improve product reliability and security. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workspace content to train shared or third-party AI models.

Sharing and processors

We share data only with vetted service providers strictly necessary to run OmniVoice AI: cloud hosting, authentication, payment processing, AI model providers used to generate content, email delivery, and analytics. Each provider is contractually bound to handle data consistent with this policy. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users or the public.

Data retention and security

Workspace content is retained for the life of your account and deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required by law. We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, regular backups, and ongoing security monitoring.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. You can manage most of these options directly from your account settings, or contact us at privacy@omnivoice.ai for any additional request. We honor verified requests within the timelines required by applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA).

International transfers and children

OmniVoice AI is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States with appropriate safeguards. Our service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
