Terms of Service
Last updated: 7/18/2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and OmniVoice AI ("OmniVoice", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the OmniVoice AI website, applications, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use OmniVoice AI. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Subscriptions, billing, and trials
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis through our payment processor. New accounts may include a 14-day free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan converts to a paid subscription at the then-current price. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from account settings and your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, deceptive (including impersonation or undisclosed AI-generated content where disclosure is required), or that violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the Service, circumvent usage limits, abuse our AI providers, or use the Service to build a competing product.
4. Content ownership and license
You retain ownership of the brand voice profiles, briefs, and content you create or generate in OmniVoice AI ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not train shared or third-party AI models on your Customer Content.
5. AI-generated output
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any output before publishing or relying on it. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniVoice AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. On termination, your access ends and your Customer Content is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Questions? Contact legal@omnivoice.ai.
